Well established as a company, the organization still operates very much like a nimble start-up. Growth is seemingly constant and brings positive change as the company continues to evolve. This is an environment where you can make your mark.
Typical day at work can involve quite a bit depending on which area you work in. Everyday is a chance to learn something new and apply it. New ideas are encouraged and are constantly tested. It's a great place if you want to be challenged and given enough autonomy to perform. Efforts are rewarded and work/life balance is above average in my opinion. Culture is solid and new office environment is great.
This is not an environment for people who are looking for a cushy, laid-back job where no thinking is required. Expect to be challenged but also expect to be supported by your peers, department team and overall management. Personal and professional growth is automatic in this environment. That's a plus from my perspective.

Product and marketing teams work very hard to build simple, modern solutions to the challenging process of applying for an immigration benefit. Customer service teams work to support customers as they use our online products to complete their immigration paperwork without all of the confusion of government forms. The government doesn't care whether people get approved when they apply. We do! Its great to be a part of that such a great mission.
