Benefits were good. Pay was average for this industry.

It was a stressful environment. Constantly pressured to make sales. Forced to have uncomfortable conversations with customers to persuade them into more services. Micromanaged as well. Managers would sit in during outbound calls and in person appointments.

Decent benefits, reliable, friendly team but that’s branch specific

FIX YOUR STAFFING ISSUES!!! You all emphasize work life balance but have us working 6 days a week. If you don’t live in OH, your career opportunities are practically nonexistent. Also- close at 5 on Fridays like a normal bank.
