Overwork. Underpaid It’s not what you know. It’s about who you know. Manager/s is/are greedy about the travel, even if the training is about process. They don’t value their tenured employees but would rather get or promote some outsider. No proper metrics/KPI. Slave driver. Not a healthy environment to work. People talk behind everyone’s back. Managers known nothing about the process.
