Director Ops - Director, Operations bei Fibrenoire: Mitarbeiterbewertung

A place filled with a lot of young and dynamic individuals working as best as they can is bound to lift your spirit. Challenges are great. There's a LOT of work to do, but they don't expect you to finish them all by next week, as long as you show effort. You'll learn, you'll laugh, you'll feel like you can make a difference.

Higher management is trying a little bit too hard to be "young and hip" like their crew that sometimes they end up being awkward or inappropriate. They mean well tho, that's why I don't deduct points for the overall rating.

I have been working at Fibrenoire for only a couple of months but so far so good! FN is a company that lets you the freedom to do your job as you see it fit! Fibrenoire has the start-up feeling (flexibility, fun at work, responsabilities) but has the ressources of a big company. In my opinion it is the best of two worlds.

Fibrenoire is growing, and growing fast, so you have to be confortable with change!
