1.They have given a job title then after a year of work they said no we gave " Draftsman" only and it can not be changed. 2.I have worked there for a year and the efficiency is always above 90% and I had a profrmance bonus in my CTC they have refused to pay as I had a problem over my job title and said it can not be given. 3.Finally they said sorry now I am suffering and wasted my presious year because I have resigned my job because they refused the job title which they have given to me.
