Large company with deep pockets. Great people working in branches. Commission-driven associates have a lot of autonomy and the ability to drive their income.

Kontras

The company is severely understaffed, and outside sales reps have to manage the entire lifecycle of the sale from concept to collection. Management provides little support, and is unwilling to invest in the manpower needed to manage and grow the business. Endless cycle of hiring freezes, overtime elimination, and staff reductions.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits
