Pros

Late afternoon to evening hours. In-person work so social interactions with others. Can listen to music using headphones while billing.

Kontras

Management is dysfunctional. They won't do anything to resolve toxic work environment and/ or toxic co-workers. Billing department is very short staff. Quite a few people have left the billing department because they were fed up with the work conditions. They only hired 1 person to replace 4 people that left so billers were overworked.

Pros

- Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

Kontras

- The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
