Pros

I would say their Benefits are "ok" and they pay is satisfactory, could be better for the hard work they company should give raises based on performance.

Kontras

The office managers/supervisors are very rude and do not know typical people skills! They yell and holler at their employees, the drivers are like little yo-yo to them. Management throws fits, screaming fits, it is terrible! But if there is a POLL coming up (the employees rate management) then the whole office does a complete turn around, and are so polite and considerate, it is so obvious to the drivers that a Poll must be around the corner! Not a good environment to work in! Then you are expected to load your trucks in the morning (if the loading dock gets behind) and on occasion you are expected to work the dock when you return (if the dock gets behind). The fuel pumps; everyone is expected to fuel their own truck (ok, no problem with that), but typically their is usually only one pump working. Truck Maintenance; they hire "maintenance workers" but none of them know how to work on a truck, I have seen a truck taken to a shop to repair a simple maintenance issue. All around the worse environment Management just cares about THEIR NUMBERS and not their employees!

Pros

- Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

Kontras

- The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
