Manager really worked with you on time off and listened to suggestions sometimes (see cons). Payed well.

Some supervisor and even ops managers not held accountable. A lot of nepotism between service center manager and them. Attempted to communicate how this was hurting the operations but I was basically ignored. Some supervisors got away with playing dumb or just refusing responsibilities and they were not held accountable. I had to resign due to stress affecting my health and my family. Values the company had toward hourly employees were starting to erode.
