      It’s an ok place to work but terrible management but benefits are great for family if that’s what you look for in job

      Lead is not good for anyone and you breathe lead dust daily and management treatment is very bad and need to get rid of a lot of department management

      - Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

      - The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
