Management cares very little about workers. They preach a philosophy that puts people first, but in reality profit takes priority over all. 20% of workforce does 80% of the workload, because management is non confrontational and let’s laziness go ignored/unpunished. The 20% that do all the work do so out of their own virtue/character, because there is no rewards or benefits for hard work; you get treated the same whether you work or not.
