Pros
-Somewhat good pay if your full time -Constant workout if your into that -Full time benefits -Choose what sort you want to work: can swap, offer up, or request days off
Kontras
-Managers are not the best -Quite a lot of people slack on work or stand around and talk to their friends while you have to pick up their work, managers won't say or do anything to fix it. -Cut hours whenever/Change sort times last minute quite often -Sometimes management/HR will take a day of the week you work off and not give a reason for it. -Temps. inside trailers are 10-15 degrees hotter than outside -Since Temps. are so hot they have fans for trailers that do absolutely nothing to cool the trailer or you off. -If its scorching hot outside and in they rarely give you Gatorade if they do its those super small size bottles, or they give you an electrolyte popsicle that most of the time is already melted. -Back when Covid was prevalent they offered Covid pay if you had it, they take "3 months" to pay you for however long you were out, I don't think i even received mine and that was in December when i had it. -When it becomes winter they have poor heating for the facility and only unloaders, loaders, and those who work at the top of the building get any heat, anywhere else and you have to wear 2 coats, 2 pants, plus any cold weather gear underneath from freezing to death. -Preach about safety but don't do much for your safety: Basically work at your own risk
