Use to be topped out in three years and new schedule will take around nine years. Technicians will find the work interesting as the fleet is varied with B727, B757, MD10, MD11, A300, A310 and B777 aircraft. For weekends off you will have to work grave yard shift. Day shift has odd days off, (M-W) or rotating days off with four day weekend (Fri to Mon) every other week. Advancement in the management ranks is definitely more about who you know than what you know. Memphis TN, Is an okay area to live but has limited culture and variety. Education for primary schools is okay in certain outlying communities. If you are coming from a major city be prepared to deal with limited dinning and outing experiences.
