Pros
I have lived all over the country, by choice mostly, to find my place in the world. I have always had a job with these guys everywhere I went. I am a GM now, and do pretty well for myself, but it is mostly because I am not married, and have no children. I work about 60-80 hours per week, which is fine for me, but not for most. The best thing about working here for me has been the amount of trust that I have always received from my upper management. I am aloud to take my experiences and apply them to my work in a lot of unique ways. That is very important to me. I understand the reason for bad reviews on this company, as our work force over the last twenty years has dimenished in value so greatly. People feel entitled to things they did not earn, and do not understand the value of actual dedication to their work. I am, and always will be, a sales person. I was, however, raised in a very different world than most. A world were having a good job, with a company that cares about your future (which is much rarer than you may think) is a blessing. I am still very young (26), but I have been with this company for eight years. I have not loved every bit of it, but I wouldn't trade my job for someone else's. Keep in mind that even though the grass looks super green on the other side, doesn't mean it is. If you are the type that just wants to make money without putting in your dues, this company is not for you. Work is not always supposed to be fun, that's why it's called work.

There are faults in every company. It is harder and harder to find good employees, and that is the majority of the problem. I understand that most of our employees believe that they are being treated unfairly, but trust me, if you haven't been promoted yet (because we are desperate for good management) it's for a reason. Quit your crying, and roll up those sleeves.
