Some good people, got to travel alot, good pay. But I was not in Sales, nor did I ever work in a Branch.

Better keep your mouth shut, had heaven forbin, you speak the truth. If you are in the "club" your safe for awhile. If you ever have a disagreement, better watch your words. They will use the far reaching Standards of Conduct (SOC) to get you. After 8 years of employment I was fired, without ever being allowed to defend the situation. I was never written up, nor talked to about performance, yet I used the word Chicken S**** in a conversation with a Branch Manager, did not call him that, just how he handled a situation, and they pulled the SOC on me and said I violated Teamwork and Integrity and was fired the next day. Avoid Fastenal like the pleague.
