Only thing can be considered as pros is low work load, yeah one can sit all day long without doing anything and yes salary, each month salary will be credited to your account on 7th day.
Kontras
Only 1 name throughout the floor, i.e. Rajesh Kewat, its basically an One Person Company with no management at all, that mentioned former person is the one who took all the decision on his own, have no work ethics or work process. They treat employee as a servant, behavior is of low level ethics. For IT, you'll have no scope of improvement, your skill is a wastage here.
