I learn so much every day here at FastBridge Fiber! The people genuinely like their work, and care about customers. I truly feel like it's important to bring fiber internet to people that only have access to older connection technologies, and that makes me feel like I'm doing good.

The other people I work with who are suffering along with me.

This company underpays their employees, refuses to give reviews and pay raises, and expects 60 hours a week from salaried employees. There is no such thing as a work life balance. There is no talking to management about how they use and abuse you. It’s well known that if you complain to them they will fire you. They expect you to use personal money and get reimbursed instead of having company credit cards available for use with things the company needs. They have unrealistic expectations when it comes to project deadlines.
