- Very small company = lack of processes- can be very hard to organize and synchronize work - No communication between divisions and even between team members, makes completing tasks extremely hard - Under pressure to raise money for the project

There are tons to learn, if you would like to know more about Blockchain this is a great opportunity. People are very helpful and knowledgeable. You can't learn so much anywhere else. Everything is just starting so your opinion can be heard.
