It is great to work for a company that operates as a family. Everyone is here to do their part. It is nice to work for a company headed by an innovator who does what is good for the industry and for community. The company was able to shift at the beginning of covid to make hand sanitizer which was donated to those on the front lines. It is a good feeling to work for someone like that.
They also offer great benefits.
Security is tight. That’s the best thing that they have going. Communication is poor. Management needs to be replaced or retrained.

If you are bilingual you will fit in. They only like to speak Spanish majority of the time. No real training. They expect you to just know things even though there is not a real training manuel.
