Lots of systems to support sales force in the field. District Managers there to help…if you get a good one. The culture and heritage they talk about is in the past.
Kontras
They micro manage the "independent contractor" agents and district managers as if you were an employee. Where to be, what to do, what to say, what marketing programs you must be a part of or else suffer the consequences. Jump through their hoops or risk your contract being terminated. The rates for their products are COMPLETELY uncompetitive. I don't need to be the cheapest, but get me in the game!
