Pros
The programs (food shelves, youth programs, aging programs, and domestic violence programs) are great and incredibly valued in the community.
Kontras
Managers are at best poor quality. They lie, cheat and steal. They blame others for their own mistakes, and make-up 'store policy' as they see fit, but never follow it themselves. The list of toxic management practices is endless. The scheduling is terrible, and can require you to work up to 10 days in a row.
