compensation is high and thats it.

lack of lead resources. They resell leads to everyone. Anddddd sell you very old leads. People dont know this but if a lead is filled out that is a year old or more they can be reported to the DNC list. They had put these aweful 6 year old direct FEX and MP leads in the CRM which is not user friendly by the way. 41,200 dollar fine for every phone call. They dont have enough leads and made empty promicses about more resources early march last year. Its now September 2021 and I have seen nothing.

We have over 10 different lead types and numerous lead vendors. Some are a couple years old and resold and some are generated daily. It's up to the agent which type of lead they would prefer to work off of. We're not sure what this reviewer is referring to with the claim of a $41,200 dollar fine for every phone call. But, if that were true we wouldn't have an agent force of thousands of agents making 6 figures a year.
