Ten years later, and from what I can see, very little has changed. I was surprised to find that the company now has a second Glassdoor page, making many of the older reviews difficult to find. This was the worst employer I have ever worked for. During my time there, I observed family members occupying senior leadership roles. Based on my experience, some of those appointments appeared to prioritize personal relationships over demonstrated leadership ability and relevant qualifications. In my view, this contributed to poor decision-making, inconsistent management, and a stressful working environment. I found the management to be ineffective, disorganized, and unwilling to accept responsibility for their own mistakes. The working environment was unnecessarily stressful. Responsibilities were poorly defined, expectations were often unclear, and communication was inconsistent. Tasks were frequently assigned without proper planning, and when problems arose, discussions often focused on assigning blame rather than finding solutions. Decisions regularly seemed inconsistent and unsupported by clear facts. Job titles and responsibilities also felt arbitrary. Rather than reflecting qualifications, experience, or clearly defined roles, they often appeared disconnected from the actual work being performed, creating confusion throughout the organization. Employee morale was very low during my time there, and there was a noticeable pattern of people leaving because of the management culture. Based on my experience, I believe there are likely employees dealing with the same issues today. If you are considering accepting a position there—especially in the Mannheim office—I would strongly recommend researching the company carefully, reading as many reviews as you can, and asking detailed questions about management, communication, and employee turnover before making your decision. Based on my experience, I would not work there again under any circumstances.
