There are no cons that I know of.

A lot of the people are very nice and easy to get along with if you and they stick around long enough to do so.

People constantly quitting, getting laid off, or fired makes it tough to form relationships. Very little training provided to anyone new to a position. Treated all employees very poorly except for the highest management positions. Absolute minimum vacation days and PTO. Will track your time sheet down to the minute and deduct pay accordingly. Very high stress environment.
