Pros

When I joined in 2018, I told Pat that I wanted to build the kind of team I wanted to work on. In the last five years, I have been given the grace to do exactly that. It makes recruiting easier, it makes our retention great, and our team produces at a high level and meets challenges with a positive attitude. We're making a difference in the world. Having grown up in the Midwest and having a blue-collar parent, I have seen the ups and downs of the Manufacturing world. Helping workers not only find jobs, but explore a career progression is an ideal that I'm excited to get behind. Transparency is a rule at FF. At the monthly all-hands, we lay everything on the table. The result is a team effort at tackling challenges and an opportunity to celebrate our successes. New ideas are welcome, but bring the data. We have made large changes to business strategy where everyone had to get on board. Those changes were backed with data. We have made significant process changes as well. Again, someone explained the how and the why.

When customers tell us we've cut their time-to-hire in half or helped them staff positions that sat empty for months, it's incredibly satisfying. We're making a genuine difference for both industrial companies that need skilled workers and for the professionals who deserve good opportunities that match their expertise.
