Pros
Pay was ok and benefits were great. Plant and corp employees were great, knowledgable, welcoming, willing to work as a team and very dedicated to their jobs and the company.
Kontras
Senior management did not care for employees. Lots of turnover, release of good people with lots of company and industry knowledge. They would rather hire new employees than to tap into the resources they already have. Poor corporate culture, no philanthropy AT ALL. Little to no communication of key corporate initiatives and no chance for employee feedback. Management more worried about image as an "innovator" than what those innovations cost the company. Two bankruptcies and on their way to third.
