Pros

A yearly bonus, if the COO likes you. Good fellow workers, but we’re always looking over their shoulder regarding the COO

Kontras

Micro managed! No authority to do anything unless ask COO. Unethical procedures to remove good staff to avoid compensation. Very poor! Working alongside side a COO that is unhinged!

Pros

New executive leadership is open to feedback and eager to change things for the better. They are also geared toward positive social change internally, which is good to see. Transparency and honesty is encouraged and rewarded.

Kontras

Lack of strategic action plan from the ground up by all teams leads to inability to generate measurable rates of success resulting in employees feeling there is no accountability if goals are not attained. Generates overall discord. Very old systems make it difficult to drive new vision and strategy.

Employees having to wear too many hats, no go to site manager, pay extremely low for market
