Pros

None. Literally any other insurance brokerage is better than FSB group.

Kontras

- The owner is non-existent and leaves the day to day operations to a toxic management team - Strict internal underwriting guidelines that violate the insurance act - Pay is below market for the insane workload - Middle management team makes mountains out of molehills - Clients keep cancelling their policies due to lack of adequate service - This firm will do everything they can to screw over clients

The quiet and clean working environment.

Kontras

Management is terrible. Specially for accounting department, Staffs keep resigning from there.
