Micromanagement Gone Wrong: The micromanagement here is absolutely ridiculous and serves no purpose whatsoever. Managers love to brag about their "extensive management experience," but honestly, it’s all talk with no real results. Empty Promises About Funding and Resources: Before joining, they’ll tell you the company is well-funded and has all the resources you’ll need. Once you’re in, you realize it’s all smoke and mirrors. All they do is exaggerate their accomplishments and fake success. Forget about raises or getting any of the resources they promised. Clueless, Disrespectful Leadership: The managers don’t have a clue about what they’re doing but still insist on giving orders like they’re experts. They don’t respect employees or their input. Your opinion doesn’t matter here—just follow the nonsense dictated by people who don’t know what they’re talking about. IT Is a Mess: The IT management is laughable. Employees often know more than the so-called IT “experts.” It’s honestly embarrassing. Constantly Changing Goals: There’s no clear direction. Requirements change almost daily, and you’ll only hear about it at the last minute when it’s too late to adjust properly. And here’s the kicker: They’ve been paying people to leave fake reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed. The real situation is much worse than what you’ll see online. Don’t be fooled by their inflated ratings—they’re not even close to reality.
