Regional level Management Depending on the office- hard to get laborers to install projects Large company, but all offices run as branches so nothing is uniform. PM & Sales are always fighting for less slip on projects because PM’s need to be billable to get paid but sales needs projects to come in under scoped hours to make money. Sales team only takes hits on all projects, no other departments are held responsible for slip.

Pros

Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

Kontras

Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
