Top management is terrible and has lack of people skills, rude,zero empathy and no experience in managing a team, simply in a high position due to having strong friendship ties within the top management based in Zagreb. HR does not protect employees also lacks knowledge of UK regulations which is really unsettling and makes you feel anxious and not protected at work. Unproffessional environment and lack of organisation, lack of training, supporr or appreciation.
