Pros

FNZ has been an incredible company to work for and is being run by the best leadership team you could ask for. We’re experiencing a significant amount of growth and our executive staff is driving the organization to new heights. Over the last couple of years, the entire operating model has been optimized aligning all teams to the vision which has enabled collaboration and makes it enjoyable to go to work.

Kontras

We need high performing employees that want to constantly push the needle forward. There’s still many employees that are skating on by…however, the new management team has done a great job filtering out the detractors.

Pros

My manager was actually phenomenal, she was easily the best manager I have had the pleasure working with. Unfortunately they decided to lay her off too.

Kontras

Literally everything else. The technology was sub par and I encountered issues multiple times a day that would grind work to a standstill. Leadership blatantly lies, we were told not to worry about job security and that our department was not going anywhere, come to find out they were actively planning on halting operations. Workload was insane because they couldn’t afford to hire a second analyst. I was hired eight months ago and was laid off. Oh and fun fact: they posted a £1 billion loss for 2025.
