Collaborative and nice friendly people. The management care about what you think. You can be creative and put on events. They also stick to 9-5/6 office hours quite reliably. Some people stay there for over 20 years.

They stopped doing vegetarian lunch, which goes against their own values. Whenever someone has a problem with company policy it also tends to become a big drama because people don't know how well they have it at FMO compared to other companies. The performance review system is also quite rigid and slow (coming round once per year) and it can take a long time to see your promotion reflected in your pay.
