Pros
Fineos is a very good company to rellocate to Dublin for non-native english speakers. Low stress and easy tasks that allows you to improve your english skills without fear. Very supportive team-mates and lots of activities to meet other people.
Kontras
Biggest con is lack of any technological innovation and challenging items. We use our custom framework which is far from ideal. Just to note an example, we are trying to adopt git but got dimsissed from management as they say it´s a tool that is hard to work with. Another con is company try to enforce us to be "innovative" but all the "innovation" items are always pulled out of the sprint planning because other items have higher priority. Note the quotes on innovation, i put them as most of the "Innovation" items are only addressing tech debt accumulated over the years.
