- Nice place to work if you didn't chase career or position - Great teamwork between employee especially in IT position - Can go home on time if there is no need for overtime

- If you looking for career advancement in this company, it will take a long journey because most of the employee stay in Officer/Associate level until 5 - 10 years, - Changes/promotion in managerial level in Head Office is really rare - Strict rule especially when sick or leave - IT position is not really flexible, must alert on holiday or weekend - Personal Opinion : Salary & Benefit is not really competitive compared to same position and experience in other company
