I worked at Ferpa for about three years and I can say without a doubt that they care about their employees. The family that owns this company is very kind and generous, the work atmosphere feels close knit, and they are great at celebrating wins and making their workers feel appreciated. If I didn’t decided to change career paths I could have seen myself at Ferpa for a long time.

There weren’t many downsides to working at Ferpa. The company was in the process of switching from paper to digital filing resources and changing databases so sometimes there was some organization issues.
