At this point, not sure what the pros are.
Kontras
They basically create a system to under pay employees You either leave out of frustration or they let you go They do not understand the Canadian market They do not give a lot of support on site once you are placed. You get paid $45k but you are doing the same job with people earning upwards of $80k They hire younger people in order to have control and also knowing these group will accept a lower pay.
