Good management, good learning opportunity, no politics at all. Principals are very understanding and working there for life.

I worked for 7 years but nothing found to mention here. If I have to say, I will say you have to wait a long time to move up (promotion).

The FBA company before it was bought out was the best place and company to work for. The principal owners took good care of the employees. Benefits were great, hours were flexible, work culture was family oriented. Even during covid FBA kept all employees working. The office was drama free. The previous owners were the best.

The so called new FBA, was bought out by a person with no background in engineering. The benefits are not the best. Office culture is toxic. There’s a few people who have positions that they should not have. It seems like the new moto is Fake it til we make it. When the principal owner has to use AI to run an engineering company, and AI for just about everything, that just really sad.
