Pros

Remote work environment and annual work from home expense allowance.

Kontras

Management, poor communication, lack of professional development opportunities and professional growth possibilities, culture, billing clients takes priority over all else, leadership claims to be open minded but is not, benefits are very expensive, everyone has an agenda and they lack alignment with company vision, claims to be a fiduciary to their clients but are not, technology consulting firm with poor internal technology, CEO is a salesman not a technologist (not a good thing for a former CTO).

Remote working = no commute

Frequent shuffles in C-level management and periodic cleaning house when project flow doesn’t support headcount creates a disruptive work environment. F2 was sold to an investor and they hire greener/cheaper staff that is overly confident and can’t deliver. Client satisfaction suffers. Because they need to satisfy shareholder ROI before employee bonuses, don’t expect much. Not enough work plus a bonus structure based on performance means people climb over each other to prove themselves. The infighting is next level. There are some smart people but they have tight cliques they work with. They sound like they know what they’re doing but it is smoke and mirrors. Won’t be surprised when F2 folds like a house of cards.
