- Very structured working days. You can go home when it's your 'time'. (If that's a plus) - You will find nice people working there, who are trying to survive and make the most of it. Let me assure you that no one is honestly motivated to work for this company. - I can't think of any other pro's

- Very outdated, negative, unfriendly and fear-based company culture. - Hire-and-fire policy. Lots of employees come and go as they either run away themselfs or get fired. - Hour clocking system, which is monitored actively and no possibility to work from home. - Very demotivating working environment.
