      Pros

      The advancement and ability for the kids to excel academically. Good tight net relationships with fellow coaches who worked good as a team and shared similiar beliefs including observations of work environment.

      Kontras

      Unprofessional, extremely unfair to employees, unorganized most of the time, work description constantly changes almost every week, management team its unprofessional and demanding. Employees are just not treated right for the work that they do.
