Flexible schedule sometimes. Not a lot of micro-managing. Allows for your own time management and reasonable deadlines to meet.
Kontras
Not promoting employees that have been with the company over 5 years. Seem to promote those that have been here less than 2 years and are not able to answer questions for those they supervise. Those employees still leave within a short period so lots of turnover. Invest in those employees that are invested in the company.
