Not many holidays off and Saturdays you are required to work. Pay could be better, only raise opportunities are when you're promoted and during annual review (normally only 3%) . Pay is locked in when you sign your original job offer so new hires are starting at the same pay that a 3 year employee is now making after several promotions.
