Not many pros honestly, no work life balance.
Kontras
No incentive for managers. They are hiring assistant manager at what the managers make. They are taking away the free unit for managers. Way too much favoritism. No work life balance. You have to use your PTO to get 2 days in a row unless you are their favorite. Raises are non existent. Again hiring people that come in making more than managers.
