Not much flexibility for PTO, if you're part time you get no PTO at all. You need to accrue the PTO, if you do not have enough PTO when you need to request the dates you need to wait until you have enough to request it. You can request up to a week before but if there's no more PTO left to give then you're screwed. No sick time, just emergency time off which is 1.30hr every 2 weeks (also accrued) if you are sick or have an emergency but no ETO hours good luck to you. Not much flexibility at least if you're not in management
