8yGenuinely appreciate the feedback. Over the past year we took this review, others, and internal feedback (via Glint) to heart, and I believe we now have a much stronger company and culture.
Most notably, we transformed our support organization with new personnel, KPIs, and a manic focus on response time.
We automated QA as part of our ongoing release process, and have introduced ongoing automated testing of client accounts to catch problems as soon as they happen.
