Poor in so many aspects. 1. Poor processes. No structure or maturity in processes. Everything is very ad hoc and reactive. 2. Poor OHS. No proactive training, no warnings. The responsibility is on the employee to look after themselves. 3. Poor culture. Management treat staff like numbers rather than people. No care for people's wellbeing and no incentive for good performance. Feels like the culture is back in the 1970s with management resorting to harsh words and scaremongering to achieve results. The overall focus is on making money, rather than making good quality product, with management unable to look forward and see a link between the two.
