Pros

They will hire anyone desperate for a job they believe they can take advantage of.

Kontras

Too many to list ! Here are a few: They call themselves a Christian organization however I am a believer who can tell you first-hand that the only thing they believe in is the almight dollar bill. They do not care how hard you work because they will steal from you when you have earned your bonuses and then lie to your face every time with one excuse or another. There are many managers in this organization that do not know how to manage their team as well as themselves. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever known in my professional career. It is well know in this community exactly what transpires in this organization and it is very embarrassing to this community. They should all be ashamed of themselves and more ashamed to say they are a Christian Company. They believe that if you dress professional enough that people are dumb enough to believe that you will believe every word coming out of their deceitful mouths. Karma is real, so is GOD......knowing those two things give me comfort. Express has never nor will they ever promote those who earned a promotion, only those who are willing to lie and manipulate others.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Kontras

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
