      Pros

      For my first few years out of college I had jobs that, while related to my degree, were at places that didn't allow for much development--they were just jobs. Coming to Experts Exchange I finally felt that I was not only putting my degree and experience to work, but was also learning and growing faster than I had in any previous situation. This company really cares about its employees, and wants the best out of them, so they encourage development. At Experts Exchange I not only feel like part of a team that's working together to accomplish something bigger, but also a valuable contributing member of that team.

      Pros

      I enjoyed most aspects of working at Expert's Exchange. It was great to have a good deal of creative freedom when working on projects. My supervisor played a very active role in my experience and made sure I always had meaningful work to complete. I felt like an important, contributing part of the team. The whole team at Expert's Exchange is really great as well. We played various sports together during lunch breaks throughout the week and we had weekly lunches provided for us, not to mention the fully stocked drawers of snacks to grab throughout the day.
