I had 3 years’ experience working in back office teams for various recruitment companies before joining Eximius. Eximius really is a unique company, the back office team really works hard, and in result of this they have total respect from the entire company and are often rewarded. The quality of the company really shows in its outstanding areas such as training, development and support. The social side is also excellent, we finish early on Fridays, most people head to the pub where we enjoy a few drinks on the company, we also have a company summer holiday and a various team activity days and nights out.
